Our standard

This site is designed and reviewed against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. We do not claim perfect conformance — no live website reasonably can — but WCAG 2.2 AA is the standard every design and engineering decision is measured against.

What that looks like in practice

• Semantic structure — meaningful headings, landmarks, and link text that make sense out of context.
• Full keyboard operability, with visible focus indication on interactive elements.
• Motion and animation respect your system’s reduced-motion preference, with non-animated equivalents.
• Text alternatives for meaningful imagery; decorative graphics are hidden from assistive technology.
• Color contrast that meets or exceeds the AA thresholds.
• Forms with clear labels, described errors, and logical focus handling.

Some destinations we link to — external property-search portals and other third-party services — are operated by providers whose accessibility practices we do not control. Where we have a choice, we prefer providers with published accessibility commitments.
